// exploring interfaces
in the first class on 'exploring interfaces', we learned what an interface does, what it connects and how to justify if an object, system, etc is an interface. we received a brief introduction on the 90 interfaces assignment, which would require gathering 90 interfaces from various sources and analyzing them. during class, we also had a small duo assignment, where we had to create a small interface within school and answer some questions regarding it.

in this class, we continued work on the '90 interfaces' assignment. we had to find 10 (or more) interfaces within the academy, and include them in the already existing miro board. i worked together with a classmate, and we decided to focus on reflective interfaces in particular (ie. mirrors, reflective surfaces) for this assignment.

our idea was to bridge the gap between two strangers passing the blaak-wijnhaven passage. therefore, we created a sign with four tasks that the two people passing the bridge from opposite sides would do as a team/couple/duo.
// individual work
outside of class, i continued to take photos of interfaces and add them to the miro board, alongside the descriptions. some of them are based on the assignments we got in class (ie. 15 interfaces collected from our immediate, indoors surroundings), but most are gathered from the outside world. i wanted to focus less on obvious, digital interfaces (ie. apps and websites) and more on physical interfaces that you have to rationalize and discover yourself.
